Pye 3 inch Image Orthicon Cameras were used at OBs in Sydney and Melbourne. This photo was taken in April 1956 before the cameras were fitted with ABC-TV identification signs. The foreground camera is fitted with a 4 lens rotating turret while the other camera has an optionally fitted Zoom Lens.
